A valuable contribution to the redevelopment project of the garden annexed to the exclusive Mandarin Oriental Resort on Lake Como, assignedallo studio Patrizia Pozzi Landscape Architecture, which has chosen to take advantage of our advice for the botanical choices and the placement of plants in the areas of intervention along the lake, to create a unique framework, with unmistakable characteristics.The request to create a vegetal scenography appropriate to a place overlooking one of the most beautiful points of theprecious setting of Lake Como, resulted in botanical proposals and compositional solutions capable of enhancing the site, and interpreting its changing lights and colors.The plant choices centered on an alternation of blooms with refined and refined tones, and spikes with seductive transparencies: from the antique pink corollas of the many herbaceous perennials to the pearl-white panicles of theortensias, from the light, golden inflorescences of the grasses, floating to the rhythm of the breezes, silhouetted against the changing sky.The result is a picture in constant motion, perennially different with the changing seasons, sophisticated emorbid, enveloping and welcoming, sensual and captivating.The rhythm is dictated by the soaring trunks of the many palm trees that chase each other throughout the garden, generatinga jungle-like atmosphere, exuberant but tamed, in an uninterrupted dialogue with the surrounding architecture.A magical place in which to lose oneself and be pampered.
